I began studying today. Well, start off with psychology first.

Studying it today have taught me how interesting the subject is but at the same time i Have to digest a whole load of crap!! serious, our simple emotion have 3 theories on how it work.

but lemme share something with you. Our face show us our emotion. When we are angry we frown. Happy we smile.Emotion affect facial expression BUt Do you know that our facial expression affect our emotion too? OK, 2 groups of people were made to watch a hilarious cartoon, one with holding a pencil with their lips the other group hold a pencil with their teeth. After, the show, the one holding a pencil with their teeth find the show very amusing while the other did not. Strange? haha.
it is because the one holding the pencil with their teeth seem to have a smiling expression while the one holding with their lips have a frowing expression. haha
Cool huh. SO even if u are sad, U need to smile! it will cheer YOu up!!
